Finally the canvas is completely covered....
Finally the whole of the canvas is covered as the upstairs windows are painted in. On the left of the painting the detail to the face of the stonework enhances the appearance.
Small touches.....
Small touches begin to complete the painting, additional information added to the railings, plus more detail to enhance the definition of the stone work. Within the downstairs window the reflection of the front porch is more prominent.

As more of the frontage of this Historical building is revealed the atmosphere from the front porch begins to build illuminating the centre of the canvas.

Eight weeks in to the painting the signage is added and the identity of the hotel; The Duke of Cornwall in Plymouth is clearly displayed.
